According to the present invention, a melt injection apparatus having an inside space where a melt is generated comprises a smelting furnace having an outlet for discharging the melt in one end. The smelting furnace has a lower area located in a place which is lower than the outlet. A pool where the melt pools is prepared in an area including the lower area. According an embodiment of the present invention, a pool where a melt pools is prepared in an inside of a smelting furnace, and a non-melted material which is not melted inside the smelting furnace is melted again.
