摘要 The present invention relates to tea made of a radish cropped in field before the beginning of winter, which is a native radish cultivated to make kimchi and is called as Joseon radish having thick and short shape. The method for making a winter radish tea comprises the steps of removing dirt and washing and cutting into appropriate-sized pieces, and sewing and tying together with silk thread and hanging like a screen outdoors to freeze and dry in winter, and cutting into small pieces and removing water totally by roasting multiple times under low temperatures, and processing like′chips′and putting into a teacup two to four pieces and brewing as a tea to drink. The present invention enables to develop the product provided as a new drink for Buddhist temples, because the components of the radish are preserved as the remaining components are not broken when the radish is processed by the improved method of steaming and drying that considering the characteristics of radish belonging to root crops.
