Provided are a quantum rail layer, a method for manufacturing the quantum rail layer, and a display device comprising the quantum rail layer. The quantum rail layer, which emits an incident light by converting a wavelength, comprises: a first base member; a second base member disposed opposite to the first base member; and a polymer resin, interposed between the first base member and the second base member, in which quantum dots are distributed wherein the quantum dots convert the wavelength of the incident light. |
