The present invention relates to a method for biologically controlling surface water contamination around burial sites of domestic animals using expired makkoli. The present invention shows the following critical points; first, underground water and surface water around the burial sites of domestic animals have a high possibility of being contaminated by leachate and other reasons; second, makkoli (especially makkoli which has been aged for four days after the expiration date) has an effect of controlling the growth of bacterial colony; third, the growth rate of bacteria in soil and water remarkably reduces after adding makkoli; and fourth, the activity of makkoli yeast is regarded as the cause of the antagonism to specific bacteria of makkoli. |
