The present invention discloses a system and a method for providing an advertisement service using a referrer log which a user visited in the past. For the purpose, provided is an advertisement system which includes: a user terminal for providing cookie information to a manager server and outputting URL information on a screen by receiving the URL information from the manager server; and the manager server which has an advertiser management DB having advertiser page information and designated site information, classifies and stores the cookie information into a MAC address, and transmits URL information which is matched by a referrer keyword of an advertiser site which includes the advertiser page to a corresponding user terminal when the analysis through the cookie information shows that the user terminal having the same MAC address visited the advertiser page and then visited the designated site. According to the present invention, the accurate target marketing for the potential customers is possible by providing an advertisement service which is connected to a referrer log of the webpage which the user visited in the past.
