<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for inputting Hangul through a touchscreen of a terminal. The apparatus for inputting Hangul in a terminal according to the present invention provides a mode of combining characters by setting consonant keys and vowel keys with function keys on an initial screen, a mode of setting only consonant keys with the function keys and, when a specific consonant key is selected, secondarily setting vowel keys around the selected consonant key, or a mode of fixing and setting vowel keys on a border line surrounding a specific consonant key when consonant keys and vowel keys are basically set on the initial screen of a Hangul input mode, in case of an input of Hangul. Furthermore, the present invention provides a method for quickly inputting characters by projecting Hangul characters onto a keypad projected onto a virtual space suitably for a so-called wearable computer which is recently emerging.</p> |
