The present invention relates to a reinforcement structure for a floor panel, wherein a tunnel unit connected to a flat unit protrudes upwards and a tubular side room inner is formed on the end of the flat unit in a longitudinal direction. The reinforcement structure for a floor panel comprises a longitudinal reinforcement unit which protrudes from the surface of the flat unit in the longitudinal direction of a chassis and a transverse reinforcement unit of which one side is connected to the side room inner across the longitudinal reinforcement unit and the other side is connected to the tunnel unit. The present invention can reduce injuries to passengers by efficiently dispersing shock during a head-on collision and a lateral collision.
