The present invention relates to a tube-type kit for a smell identification test including a plurality of plastic tubes having a cover opening type, in each of which mutually different incense agents, a positive control group or a negative control group is reserved. The incense agents may be obtained by impregnating incense component into solvent. The tube-type kid for a smell identification test according to the present invention is inexpensive, is easily treated and is implemented with an item familiar to Korean, so that test reliability and a rate of discovering dysosmia are improved.
