The holographic microscopy with spectral marking of tested objects across application for visualization, measuring and testing of micro sites, including the living cells and cell cultures at the cellular and sub cellular level. To illuminate the objects use a range of diode lasers (1, 2, and 3) with different wavelengths, working in continuous and pulse of a generation. The device consists of six separate channels, two of which are for parallel holographic recording of two anti phase interference paintings derived from the overlay of increased type signals, images and the other for the spectral marking of tested objects. |
