594597 Disclosed herein are substituted compounds of the formula 1, wherein A, R1, R2, R3 and R4 are defined as in the description. Additional disclosed is the use of said compounds as antagonists of CCR3, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and a therapeutically effective amount of at least one of said compounds or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. In one embodiment said compound is 3-({ 1-[1-(4-chloro-3-methyl-benzyl)-piperidin-4-yl]-5-oxo-pyrrolidine-2-carbonyl} amino)-5-(1-methyl-1H-tetrazol-5-yl)-benzoic acid.
