The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing cloisonne wares using a conglomerate with quartz powder, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing cloisonne wares, wherein the method improves artistic beauty by pouring quartz during the manufacture of cloisonne wares. The method for manufacturing cloisonne wares includes the steps: molding ceramics, polishing, first firing, applying a water repellent, glaze treatment, second firing, quartz coloring, third firing, lacquering, and gold plating. The present invention can apply color tones and colors during the manufacture of cloisonne wares, thereby improving the decoration and coloring of the cloisonne wares.
