598086 Disclosed are pyrazole[1,5-a]pyrimidine compounds of Formula (I), salts thereof, and methods for their preparation. Specific examples of the compounds of Formula (I) include: (R)-5-(2-(2,5-difluorophenyl)pyrrolidin-1-yl)-N-(pyridin-2-yl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxamide, (R)-(5-(2-(2,5-difluorophenyl)pyrrolidin-1-yl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-3-yl)(3-hydroxyazetidin-1-yl)methanone, and (R)-5-(5-(2,5-difluorophenyl)-2,2-dimethylpyrrolidin-1-yl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxamide. The compounds of Formula (I) exhibit Trk family protein tyrosine kinase inhibition, and are useful in the treatment of pain, cancer, inflammation, neurodegenerative diseases and Trypanosoma cruzi infection. |
