<p>The present invention relates to a dyeing composition, which is used to dye all the inter-cellular morphological structures, in order to highlight the phytoplasmas in plant tissues, by optical microscopy, meant to diagnose the infected plants, consisting of Congo red, eosin Sudan III, methylene blue, sodium chloride, ethanol, water and iodine crystals. When the tissues are dyed with this composition, the phytoplasmas of the apple proliferation group keep their viability for least four hours.</p> |
