PURPOSE: Martensite-based stainless steel with enhanced anti-corrosion performance and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the anti-corrosion performance by increasing oil adsorption with predetermined strength. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of martensite-based stainless steel with enhanced anti-corrosion performance is as follows: a step of forming the wave surface of the martensite-based stainless steel with mixed acid; and a step of forming micro pits on the surface of the martensite-based stainless steel by cold-rolling the martensite-based stainless steel.
