An epoxy resin composition for a LCD driving element is provided to penetrate the gap of micropores, to ensure thermal expansion, and to improve productivity and reliability of a chip on film product. An epoxy resin composition for a LCD driving element comprises an epoxy resin 10-50 parts by weight having 2 glycidyl ether groups; an epoxy resin 5-50 parts by weight having 3 or more of glycidyl ether groups; acid anhydride 4-60 parts by weight; latent hardener 1-20 parts by weight; penetration aid 0.01-5 parts by weight; and adhesion promoter 0.5-3 parts by weight. The epoxy resin having 2 glycidyl ether groups is 20-40 parts by weight. The epoxy resin having 3 or more of glycidyl ether groups is aromatic or cycloaliphatic epoxy resin. |
