<p>A window or door has a surrounding frame profile (1) incorporating an open-sided chamber (3) with by sidewalls (8, 9, 10) and accommodating a closure (11). In a process to manufacture the profile the material is heated to a plastic condition while in contact with a forming tool. During this process a closure (7) is pressed into the warm material in which it is partly enclosed.</p> |
