The present invention provides an uninterrupted power supply device using a fuel cell and a super capacitor for reducing the volume of an uninterrupted power supply system, reducing the maintenance cost, and improving the operation reliability. The hybrid uninterrupted power supply device includes: an insulation transformer which insulates the device from a system power source, adjusts the voltage of the system power source, and supplies the adjusted voltage; an AC/DC rectifier which converts the energy of the system power source into DC through the insulation transformer and delivers the converted DC to a super capacitor; a first diode which is placed at the output terminal of a fuel cell stack to block the energy flow toward the fuel cell stack; a second diode which blocks the energy stored in the super capacitor not to flow into the AC/DC rectifier; a power transformation device for a fuel cell which is connected to the fuel cell stack and the super capacitor, generates a transfer switch control signal for controlling the connection of a transfer switch depending on the conditions of the system power source, supplies the power stored in the super capacitor to a load for the initial driving time of the fuel cell stack of which the output current is unstable if any abnormality occurs in the power system source, and supplies the power of the fuel cell stack to the load after the initial driving time of the fuel cell stack; and the transfer switch which connects the system power source and the load according to the transfer switch control signal.
