PURPOSE: A conduit propelling device and a conduit construction method using the same are provided to prevent the collapse of ground even if cracks occur on a conduit holding hole by impact applied from bit, when a pipe is buried while ground is excavated in a semi-shield method. CONSTITUTION: A conduit propelling device(100) comprises a leading pipe(10), a propelling head(20), a screw(30), a packer(40), and a grout injecting unit(50). A pipe buried under ground is connected to the leading pipe. The propelling head is mounted on the leading end of the leading pipe. The propelling head receives power, rotates and excavates ground to form a conduit holding hole. The screw is mounted in the leading pipe and is connected to the rear of the propelling head. The screw externally discharges slime excavated by the propelling head. The packer is installed along the outer part of the propelling head. |
