The present invention relates to a method for forming a coupling hole wherein a pin is inserted in a fastener into which a handle or bag strap such as shoulder belt and the like is inserted, and thereby, minimizing the size of hole exposed to the outside and forming a coupling hole with which both ends of a hanging membrane are coupled, and accordingly, dignity of a costly bag can be enhanced. To this end, the present invention is characterized by compirising the steps of: forming a separation hole (14) in a size of 1.0-1.2 mm from one side of a fastener body (11) along a horizontal center of bending units (12) (13) to a bending unit for the other side in a way of not being penerated so as to perform a centering operation of coupling holes (15a) (15b); and obliquely forming the coupling hole (15b) in a size of 2.7 mm in one of a bending units (13) using the separation hole (14) formed by the centering operation of coupling holes in a way of not being penerated. |
