The present invention relates to a light emitting diode (LED) emitting device, which comprises the following: a rectifier circuit unit for outputting one way pulsating voltage by rectifying voltage of AC and receiving the voltage of AC; a plurality of LED units connected in serial; a plurality of switches in which a cathode of the LED units is connected to one end of each switch; a constant current control circuit unit connected to the other end of each switch to receive current from each switch; and a current comparison unit for receiving current from the switches and for creating switching control signals for the switches to operate the constant current control circuit units in consecutive order. For this, each LED unit is designed to receive one way pulsating voltage and includes anode and cathode. The constant current control circuit units output current control signals to each switch to control a current received from each switch to have a certain value.
