Disclosed are exemplary embodiments of a drop interface box (DIB) (100) for interfacing between an optical network service provider's heavy jacketed drop cable (110) and optical distribution cables (120) at a premises. The DIB provides organized drop, feed and distribution fiber cable storage and routing in a manner which does not cross different cables types when additional cables are added, and which maintains minimum bend radius of the cables and inhibits cable strain. In exemplary embodiments, a hinged fiber storage panel (405) includes spools (430; 440), cable clips (435; 445) and integrated cable channels (515; 532) that maintain cable radius during transitions of cables from a storage side or plane (415) of the panel to a connector side or plane (410) of the panel.
