The present invention provides an organic light emitting device. The organic light emitting device including a substrate and two or more laminated organic light emitting devices which are a laminated organic light emitting diode including a first electrode, one or more central electrodes, a second electrode, and an organic layer arranged between the electrodes and include the electrodes in a first group in which at least two electrodes which are not adjacent to each other among the electrodes are electrically connected to be common dislocation and the electrodes including at least two electrodes including one electrode or electrically connected to be the common dislocation without being adjacent to each other among the electrodes electrically not connected to the electrodes in the first group. The laminated organic light emitting devices are arranged on the substrate by being separated from each other and are operated with an alternating current power source so that a shape in which the electrode in the first group of one laminated organic light emitting diode is directly connected to the electrode in the second group of the other are continuously repeated.
