PURPOSE: A stock ordering system and a method for providing thereof are provided to place a large order for purchasing a specific item to multiple accounts and to prevent the market price of the item from being distorted due to market impact caused from the large order as much as possible. CONSTITUTION: A stock ordering system, which enables multiple accounts to purchase a specific item, comprises an account checking unit(110) to check the purchase quantity of each of the multiple accounts; an order processing unit(120) to calculate the total purchase quantity of the multiple accounts based on the check result by the account checking unit and to output an order to purchase the specific item as much as the total purchase quantity to a trading system; a distribution unit(130) to distribute the quantity of purchased items according to the order respectively to each of the multiple accounts. The order processing unit confirms an ask price of the specific item and calculates the fluctuation of an expected settle price based on the confirmed ask price and the total purchase quantity. The stock ordering system outputs the order to the trading system if the calculated fluctuation of the expected settle price meets predetermined criteria.
