<p>The case (1) has a lateral wall (3) partly connected to a floor (2) by cross recessed ankles (4) and a connection unit that comprises a weld bead (8), where the ankles are spaced apart at regular interval, and include a widened head. Each ankle is placed in a hole that is formed along thickness of the floor, where an axis of the hole is perpendicular to the wall. The widened head is supported against an external face from the wall to facilitate placement of the ankle in the hole. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling a case of an armored vehicle.</p> |
