<p>The present invention relates to a nutritive medium for growing the mycellium of the alimentary mushrooms and to a process meant to use the same as inoculum, for cultivating, in modular robotic system, the Lentinus edodes, Pleurotus eryngii and P. ostreatus species. According to the invention, the growing medium consists of by-products and vegetal waste resulting during the agro-industrial processes, in wine production and milling and bread manufacture, consisting of: 30...40 parts of dehydrated and finely ground pomace of grapes free of chemical treatment, 20...30 parts of finely ground ecological wheat bran, 20...30 parts of finely ground ecological rice bran, 10...20 parts of finely ground ecological barley bran, 5...10 parts of decorticated and finely ground seeds of ecological barley, 5...10 parts of limestone powder, and demineralized water for the remainder up to 100 parts, the parts being expressed by weight, the final pH value being of 6.0...6.5.</p> |
