The present invention relates to a hot water pumping device of a non-powered hot water circulating apparatus and more specifically, to a hot water pumping device of a non-powered hot water circulating apparatus which generates hot water with the supply of cool water through a supply pipe having a non-return valve and discharges without power through a discharge pipe. The present invention includes: a hollow quartz pipe which is connected to the supply pipe at a front end part and is connected to the discharge pipe at a rear end part; a heating layer which is formed in a film form on the outer circumference surface of the quartz pipe and heats the quartz pipe; and an electrode part which is formed in both ends of the heating layer and applies power in the heating layer. The present invention is able to not only be stably used for long time without concern of corrosion of the inside of the pipe while reducing a manufacturing cost but also improve hot water circulation efficiency while reducing noise generated during a pumping process. |
