An internal profile (212) of the external wheel and an external profile (222) of the internal wheel co-operates with each other such that the internal wheel is mounted in the external wheel to perform rotation around a central axis (225) of the internal wheel and a central axis (215) of the external wheel. An actuator (500) rotates the external wheel.
