摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of 3 dimensional(3D) microwires is provided to accurately arrange the 3D microwires in a single process through electrical field control inside a mixed solution of conductive polymers and carbon nanotubes based on electric field induction arrangement local growth. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of 3 dimensional(3D) microwires comprises the following steps: manufacturing ink in which conductive polymers and carbon nanotubes are mixed; injecting the ink into a pen type nozzle having openings with fixed diameters; inserting tip-electrode in order to be contacted with the ink injected into the pen; contacting the pen type nozzle with target location of a substrate and applying voltage between the tip - electrode and the substrate; and forming microwires while forming meniscus and pulling the pen type nozzle in upper, left or right direction at a constant speed. The opening size of the pen type nozzle has a size of 10nm-500μm.
