<p>The invention relates to a process of welding by using an electron beam, which is applied to cylindrical pieces made separately by mechanical processing in order to obtain some complex pieces. According to the invention, the process consists in welding two pieces (1 and 2) at a prescribed depth, by means of an electron beam (5), in two stages: I - preheating (3) with defocused electron beam (5), performed at 50% of the welding power; II - the welding (4) proper with electron beam (5) performed at the total power resulting from the calculation, at relative piece-electron beam moving rates of 1.5...2.5 m/min.</p> |
