HEATER FOR MICROWAVE HEATING APPARATUS AND MICROWAVE HEATING APPARATUS INCLUDING THE SAME

A microwave sample heating device comprises: a microwave oscillator for oscillating microwaves; and a heater for heating a sample using the microwaves transmitted from the microwave oscillator. The heater comprises: a reactor which has a cavity resonator having a resonating space for resonating the microwaves transmitted from the microwave oscillator, and a probe received the microwaves and inserted inside the resonating space; a sample vessel attached to the cavity resonator to receive the microwaves resonated by the cavity resonator; and a pump for decompressing the internal pressure of the sample vessel by exhausting the gas from the vessel. The present invention can effectively heat the minute amount of the sample because it does not need to put a reactant into the resonator and has the pump for decompressing the internal pressure of the sample vessel.
