摘要 The present invention relates to a building board, and a manufacturing method and a constructing method thereof, comprise: an insulating board (110) which is a base material having a designed size and thickness; a glass fiber mesh layer (120) which is welded to at least one surface including an external surface corresponding to the back surface of the insulating board (110) in an adhering state; and a finishing material layer (130) which is formed by coating mortar, where a mixture of 25-40% of cement, 40-60% of silica, 3-15% of resin powder, 0.2-3% of a nylon fiber, 0.2-1% of a viscosity agent, and 0.2-4% of superplasticizer is mixed and stirred into 15-30% of water to 100% of the mixture, on all surfaces except the back surface of the insulating board (110), and where light bricks, tiles, or marble plates are attached or a pattern or a shape is painted. The building board can improve insulation and incombustibility compared with the conventional building board by adhering and welding a flame incombustible glass fiber mesh to the external side surface of a base material having excellent insulating properties, then forming the finishing material layer on the base material in order to attach light bricks, tiles, or marble plates or paint a pattern or a shape. In addition, the building board can be conveniently constructed by being combined and fixated to a fixating member which is fixated on a wall. The manufacturing method and the constructing method can shorten the construction period, reduce the construction costs, and improve the equality by sufficiently satisfying the relevant building standards and simplifying the process.
