<p>The invention relates to a thermal treatment process carried out with focused electron beam, intended to be applied to rolled FeSi sheets. According to the invention, the process consists in directing the focused beam (1) by a deflecting system (2), so that it moves on the surface of the metal sheet (3) according to a template made of a dot matrix (4) by means of a programmed control, so that the electron beam (1), starting from a sacrificial dot (5), passes through the thermal treatment dots (6) while returning from each treatment dot (6) to the sacrificial dot (5).</p> |
