PURPOSE: A system for restoring polluted soil and a method for operating the system are provided to prevent the operation of an unnecessary blower and the generation of severe impacts by grooving the adaptation ability of microorganisms with respect to the repeated concentration change of oxygen. CONSTITUTION: A system for restoring polluted soil includes a blower(20), a plurality of blowing pipes, a sucking fan(40), at least one sucking pipe(220), an oxygen sensor(30), and a controller(10). The blower is installed in microorganism mixed polluted soil. The blower supplies external air into the polluted soil. The sucking pipe is inserted into the polluted soil and extracts the polluted soil. Oxygen concentration is measured form the air of the polluted soil by locating an oxygen sensor on an air extracting path form polluted soil between the sucking pipe and the sucking fan. |
