The device (1) has support plates (5, 6) fixed respectively to a structure of vehicle and an embarked equipment. Suspension units (7) comprise a shock absorber (8) associated to the two plates to absorb vibrations. A shock-proof abutment forming shock absorber (9) is associated with the plates so as to be active only when functional clearance is null beyond a predetermined threshold. The shock absorber and the shock-proof abutment forming shock absorber are concentrically arranged with respect to each other around a longitudinal axis of an individual module (4).
