<p>The invention relates to a device for determining friction forces in knitting needles within the bed of a knitting machine. According to the invention, the device comprises an interchangeable bed slot - knitting needle assembly (1), a system (2) for fixing and strap positioning the assembly (1), to which some resilient laminas (4 and 6) are fixed by some pins (5), said laminas being positioned along two perpendicular directions, within some slots which are milled both lengthwise and crosswise, at the top part the laminas (4 and 6) being centrally fixed within the system (2), onto a cube-shaped piece with perpendicular slots and at the bottom part on a fastening plate (7), eight strain gauges (13 and 14) being glued by some resins onto the four deformable resilient laminas (4 and 6) and being in connection with a system (15) for measuring the deformations in real time, on two directions.</p> |
