PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily search for a program targeted by a user out of an enormous number of recorded programs.SOLUTION: A content recording unit 1 records content data and content related information of broadcast programs distributed according to programming to a content storage unit 2 in association with distribution time. When an operation input unit 3 receives an input of designated date and time and a designated time interval by a user operation, a search screen creation unit 4 regards the designated date and time and the date and time at every designated time interval from the designated date and time as a search object date and time. A related information acquisition unit 6 acquires the content related information from the content storage unit 2 correspondingly to the search object date and time, and a thumbnail creation unit 5 generates image data of a thumbnail from the content data stored in the content storage unit correspondingly to the search object date and time. The search screen creation unit 4 displays a search result which associates the search object date and time, the content related information and the image data of the thumbnail on a display unit 7. |
