PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass pane that can prevent breakage of the glass pane by heat strain at heating, and that is the glass pane that includes: an optic functional element in which a signal is transmitted to an opposite surface of the glass pane through an optical transmission region of the glass pane and/or a signal from the opposite surface of the glass pane is received; and a local heating part that prevents condensation of the glass pane of the transmission region.SOLUTION: A glass pane 10 includes: at least two individual glass plates; and an adhesion layer arranged between them, and includes at least one local heated part 18 that spreads in only one part of the whole area of the glass pane 10, and that can be heated by a heat element, and the heated part 18 extends over both transmission regions 14 existing at mutually alienated positions, and spreads through all of an intermediate space 15 disposed between two transmission regions 14.
