PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine design method capable of easily constructing a turbine stage structure which reduces non-stationary force acting on a moving blade or static blade and can prevent deterioration of performance or increase of rotor shaft length.SOLUTION: Non-stationary force and exciting force due to potential interference respectively acting on a moving blade are determined with respect to arbitrary distance between static and moving blades, for example, by a viscous analysis (21) and a non-viscous analysis (22), the exciting force due to wake interference acting on the moving blade is determined from a difference between a viscous analysis result and a non-viscous analysis result, phases of the exciting forces due to potential interference and wake interference are respectively subjected to mathematization (23a) as functions of the distances between static and moving blades, a difference between the phases of the exciting force due to potential interference and the exciting force due to wake interference, subjected to mathematization is caused so as not to be approximated to the same phase, thereby, the distance between static and moving blades which does not make the non-stationary force operating on the moving blade excessive is calculated (24a) and the distance between static and moving blades is decided (30) based on the calculated result. |
