PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a skin external composition and a cosmetic having no change over time in strength, quality and color of fragrance by stabilizing terpenoid unstable at 50°C as a high temperature condition which can be actually present in transportation or a storage place for a skin external composition and a cosmetic.SOLUTION: A skin external composition is characterized by containing 1) ursolic acid phosphate ester and/or salt thereof and 2) terpenoid, where the terpenoid is preferably selected from cyclic terpenoid, non-cyclic terpenoid, an alicyclic compound structurally related to terpenoid, and mixtures thereof. |
