PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation panel for cooling and heating which improves heat exchange efficiency on surfaces of heat conduction plates compared to a radiation panel in which pipes for transferring a heat medium have circular cross sections.SOLUTION: A radiation panel for cooling and heating 1 includes: a piping member having flat heat exchange pipes 22 which are elongated in a predetermined direction that a heat medium flows; and a pair of heat conduction plates 3A, 3B which has higher heat conductivity in an in-plane direction than in a thickness direction and is thermally coupled to the exchange pipes 22 so that the in-plane direction is set to the predetermined direction. |
