PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation method of a filter device which removes sludge attached on a filter element in the filter device for filtering treated water at a high temperature and high pressure by bubbling cleaning with flash steam.SOLUTION: Flash steam is generated inside treated water as a pressure of the treated water at a high temperature and high pressure at 100°C or higher accumulated in a pressure vessel 20 is reduced gradually by a control part 46 so that a pressure value of a pressure gauge 48 does not exceed a previously set threshold to prevent damage by a differential pressure of the filter element 28. Scales attached on the filter element 28 is removed by a stir of the treated water generated when the flash steam moves upward in the pressure vessel 20. |
