The saddle has a saddle cushion arranged at an upper side of a saddle shell. Indentations are arranged at the upper side of the saddle shell. A seat bump damping unit (60) includes seat bump damping elements (62), which are arranged in the indentations. The damping elements are connected with each other by a rod part (64). The damping elements are overstretched by the seat element. The damping elements exhibit a larger hardness than the seat element. The damping elements and the seat element are manufactured from partially compressed closed-celled foam.
