The present invention relates to a fuel pump resistor manufacturing method and a fuel pump resistor manufactured by using the same and more specifically, to a fuel pump resistor manufacturing method and a fuel pump resistor manufactured by using the same which prevents environment pollution problems generated in a working filed where the fuel pump resistor is manufactured and prevents the deformation and moisture intake caused by overheating and thermal expansion caused by a decrease in the radiant heat from the inside of the resistor by molding the resistor with a mixture of alumina, silicon, water, and anti-rust additives. The present invention includes a step of assembling the resistor by inserting an insulator with a resistant coil into the inside of a heat sink of the fuel pump resistor; a step of manufacturing the mixture by mixing Al2O3 sintered body, silicon, water, and anti-rust additives; a step of preheating the resistor assembled in the step of assembling the resistor at a temperature of 95-105°C for 18-22 minutes; a step of injecting the mixture into the inside of the heat sink of the preheated resistor; a step of forming a molding unit by drying and cooling the heat sink at a temperature of 130-150°C for 50-70 minutes after injecting the mixture; and a step of detects the defects of the molding unit when the molding unit is formed.
