PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element, a light-emitting element package and a light unit, which can prevent current concentration and improve light extraction and improve electrical reliability.SOLUTION: A light-emitting element according to the present embodiment comprises: a light-emitting structure including a first conductivity type semiconductor layer, an active layer under the first conductivity type semiconductor layer and a second conductivity type semiconductor layer under the active layer; a first electrode electrically connected to the first conductivity type semiconductor layer; a second electrode electrically connected to the second conductivity type semiconductor layer; a channel layer arranged around a bottom part of the light-emitting structure; a conductive support member arranged under the second electrode; a first connection part electrically connected to the first electrode and the conductive support member; and a second connection part electrically connected to the second electrode. |
