Therefore, a drag blade surface is made profiling-movable in a downstream direction in accordance with fluid pressure increase with respect to a reference setting of a drag blade face opposing angle, and stable power can be obtained in a rotary part of a small power generation device to which unstable natural fluid energy is applied.
