PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of allowing a charge recycling for effectively reducing charge power of the semiconductor device.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 100 comprises: a plurality of circuit blocks 105, 107; local wires 106, 108 for supplying power source to each of the circuit blocks; a global wire 111 for supplying power source to the local wires; first switches 109, 110 arranged between each of the local wires and the global wire, respectively; and a second switch 102 arranged between the two local wires. A determination unit 104 outputs a determination signal 117 indicating that a potential difference between the two local wires is equal to or lower than a reference value. A power source control unit 101 controls the opening and closing of the first switches 109, 110 and the second switch 102 in accordance with a power source control command 112 and the determination signal 117, respectively. |
