PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stroboscopic device capable of obtaining desired images, an imaging apparatus and an image processing method.SOLUTION: A strobo control section 20 has several modes for controlling a light emitting section 13 including: a first pre-light emitting mode in which the light emitting section 13 emits the light toward a reflector; a second pre-light emitting mode in which the light emitting section 13 emits the light toward an object; and a main light emitting mode in which the light emitting section 13 emits the light toward the reflector with a light quantity larger than that in the pre-light emitting modes to illuminate the object using the bounce light reflected by the reflector. |
