PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal plate boring disk-like roll capable of boring many continuously uniform holes in a long metal plate or metal foil, especially in an extremely thin metal plate or metal foil used for a secondary battery electrode substrate with high accurately while maintaining uniform thickness.SOLUTION: A metal plate boring disk-like roll is configured by forming a plurality of boring blades 20 at predetermined intervals in a circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface of the disk-like roll in the state of projecting in a radial outer direction. When seen from a side face, the boring blade 20 is formed into a C shape so that blade heights at both ends 21 and 22 in the circumferential direction can be higher than those at other parts. The blade height of one preceding circumferential direction end 21 in the rotational direction of the disk-like roll is lower than that of the succeeding circumferential direction end 22 in the rotational direction.
