A user device used in a system performing a mobile communication by the multicarrier method includes: generation means (241, 242) for generating a control signal; and a transmission means for transmitting the control signal to a base station device.  The control signal is mapped to a plurality of bands (245, 246).  The bands are discontinuously prepared in a frequency region over a subframe period.  Each of the bands has a subcarrier used in the orthogonal frequency division multiplex (OFDM) method.
