PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water amount management device, a hot water amount management method, and a hot water amount management system that enable efficient use of hot water in a hot water storage tank.SOLUTION: A hot water amount management device 4 includes a remaining amount acquisition unit 24, a storage unit 25, a faucet information acquisition unit 26, and a control unit 27. The remaining amount acquisition unit 24 acquires the remaining amount of hot water in a hot water storage tank 6. The storage unit 25 stores priorities respectively set for each of the facet units 3. The facet information acquisition unit 26 acquires from a display terminal 5 request information about a flow rate and a hot water temperature that is requested of each of the facet units 3. The control unit 27 controls a flow rate and/or a hot water temperature of a facet of each of the facet units 3 based on the remaining amount of the hot water in the hot water storage tank 6, the priority of each facet unit 3, and the request information that is requested of each facet unit 3. |
